Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe the products offered through Giddy Goat Shop.

Product availability may change without notice.

Because some products are handmade, hand-burned, hand-painted, individually created, or produced in small quantities, slight differences in color, pattern, placement, shape, texture, or appearance may occur.

These natural variations are part of the character of handmade products and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities
• Discontinue products
• Change product availability
• Correct product information
• Cancel or decline an order when necessary

Boutique Merchandise

Some Giddy Goat products, including boutique clothing and accessories, are sourced from outside brands or suppliers and curated for sale through Giddy Goat.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, displays, and individual device screens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing and product information before purchasing.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed unless an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be fulfilled.

Giddy Goat does not directly control the processing times or policies of third-party payment providers.

Shipping

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery information are provided during checkout when applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

In general, eligible merchandise may be returned only when damaged or defective and when the issue is reported within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns based on change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or similar non-defect reasons.

Handmade personal-care products, including products such as goat milk soaps and body butters, are final sale.

Custom and made-to-order products, including custom hand-burned hats, are also final sale.

If an eligible handmade, personal care, custom, or made-to-order product is damaged during shipping, an approved replacement rather than a refund will be provided in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing custom selections and information carefully before submitting an order.

Custom designs may vary slightly because they are individually created by hand.

Once work has begun on a custom or made-to-order product, changes to the order may not be possible.

Custom and made-to-order products are final sale except for eligible shipping-damage claims as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content created by or for Giddy Goat, including branding, logos, original photographs, graphics, written content, and original product designs, is owned by or licensed to Giddy Goat.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially use Giddy Goat content without permission except as allowed by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social networks, and other service providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own policies and terms. Giddy Goat is not responsible for the operation or content of third-party websites or services outside our control.
